Allergic reaction? Rash?

The last 2 weeks my skin has broke out in small itchy bumps and what appear to be hives. I have never been allergic to anything in my life so I don’t exactly know what it would be like.

I’m currently 18 weeks and this just started recently. I have removed all skincare and am watching what I’m eating but it’s still happening.

I will attach a few pictures, but it’s has been on my thighs, my arms, my back and specifically the sides of my stomach. I’m calling my doctor today because it literally feels like my skin is on fire..
