Need advice

⚠️ Tigger warning before reading touchy subject ⚠️

I just wanted to ask or to know can you have a completely healthy pregnancy and baby throughout and still end up having a stillborn?

The reason I ask this is because 2 years ago I had a molar and I’m starting to get to the end of my pregnancy and the fears and worries are starting to happen of anything going wrong

I do understand how stillbirths happen, but I’m confused if you can still have a healthy baby and pregnancy go into labour with no warning signs and have this happen?
