Having the same BBT pattern each month?
Anybody else get the exact temp pattern each month? It's crazy to me how days -5 to 1 have paralleled each other. It actually helped me realize I would ovulate a few days early this cycle because I recognized the pattern and started testing LH early.
Our bodies are amazing! 🤯 I work late, weird hours and definitely don't always temp at the same time so this was surprising.
