Full breasts and small dots of milk 6 months pp?

I was just wondering if anyone else had this happen. I am 6 almost 7 months pp and my boobs the last two days felt very swollen and heavy. Out of curiosity, I put some pressure and two little dots of milk came out. But I never breast fed and have been dried up for quite a while now. I also haven’t been trying to relactate. Could this be a sign of pregnancy or just random hormonal stuff?
