Donated milk

I’m genuinely curious….is it really okay to get donation milk from another momma without having that person/milk tested at a milk bank? I’m an under supplier & wanted my baby to have breast milk but I gave in on formula because I was scared to give him another mom’s milk. Only because, you don’t know what other’s do to their body or how they take care of themselves. If you are someone who chose to take donated milk, how were you able to accept the milk without feeling some type of way? Were you disgusted thinking about it? Were you jealous that someone else was able to feed your baby? Were you curious on what they ate throughout the day?
