PIO Help
I have done only 2 PIO injections so far, one on each side. I don’t have any bruising and it didn’t hurt at all going in but both sides are SO SORE. Any tips and tricks to help not be in so much pain? Our FET is on Friday and if successful I’ll be doing them every day until I’m 10 weeks.
