Will not sleep???

All of a sudden my 11 week 4 day old will not sleep! She’s been a great sleeper till now I have no idea what’s going on but I’m going crazy this is so hard!!

Same with my almost 11 week old! It’s been weeks and she only takes exactly 30 minute naps. I even joke about it with my husband saying it’s exactly 30 minutes. I thought it was a phase but it hasn’t gone away so I would love to know how to fix it. I read somewhere that around 30 minutes they move to the next sleep cycle and wake up and usually go back to bed but I guess she’s not connecting them yet? I am too scared to make the room dark since I don’t want her to get confused with day/night.

My son does the same. I just try to lay down with him and stay with him until he finish his nap. He is super smart, he will open his eyes and see if i am there and if i am he will go back to sleep. I know not every mom has time or can lay down with their newborn. Its just something that works for us so i make sure i am doing it to complete his naps

My son isn’t really sleeping during the day anymore 😵‍💫. His naps last maybe 25 minutes… I know it’s not something I’m doing I just feel like he’s going through some sort of day regression (he’s not in a leap anymore.) Idk. I’m just grateful he still sleeps well at night 😅.
