Missed period

I’m officially 7 days late, and all the pregnancy test I’ve been take are negative. But I’ve cramping my breast are full and engorged but not sore. I spotted 6 days ago but it was pink and a little red. Idk what to do. Do I just keep testing? Is it normal to skip a period ? I’m trying not freak out but im freaking out
