5 weeks + 3 Breast tenderness gone 😩

For the past few days, my main sign has been breast pain/tenderness but today, it’s completely gone. This was my first sign with my MC 4 years ago so of course my mind is losing it! Anyone else experience this and go on to have a normal pregnancy??? In need of some hope until my ultrasound 6/15!
