Multiple losses

Nic

I just turned 35. I had two miscarriages when I was 31 which we thought were due to low progesterone before our 3rd son. Went on progesterone and had our 3rd baby in 2019. We’re trying again for our last baby and we had an ectopic pregnancy this past fall, and then conceived again this past February with another little boy but we lost him when I was almost 14 weeks pregnant just a few days before Mother’s Day. All basic tests came up negative and 3 different drs have said our losses are all just flukes and we should try again after two cycles.

My heart is weary and broken but I feel like I can’t close the door on having just one more. I also don’t know how many more losses I can take. My question is, are there certain tests I should be asking for? Should I see a fertility specialist? I feel frozen in making any decisions and don’t know which direction to go and three drs have already told me they’re all just flukes and we should keep trying but if something IS wrong, I want to know.
