Is it wrong that we make up this way?

Hi everyone so I’ve been seeing this guy and we are dating. Well we got into a big argument today and we were talking and when we finished and we were both kind of on edge he started to kiss me and just make out with me and he started touching me and my emotional disconnect made me feel like this was not it. Idk if anyone else does this after a fight they get sexual with their partner, or am I just over thinking it. Sometimes I feel like he just cares about sex and that’s it…..
