Symphysis pubis dysfunction pain
Anyone else experiencing this? Or Pelvic girdle pain? I had this starting at 25 weeks with my last pregnancy, but this time I started feeling pain at 16 weeks. Went to PT for 10 weeks last time, never really helped… anyone else?? Any suggestions? I have a 2 year old and a 1 year old, so it’s so hard for me😩
