Allergies help

So my 3 year old suffers from allergies and she always gets reoccurring ear infections from it. I have her in zertec everyday per doctors orders but it doesn’t seem to be working…I’ve also tried Claritin too…I am going to take her back to the doctor, but I’m wondering what they will be able to do for her. Is there a prescription strength allergy medicine they can give her, or what would they do? I know it’s allergies from this pollen in va because we were at the beach for two weeks and her allergies cleared up. I didn’t even have to give her medicine!

I know that getting ear tubes to resolve her ear infections is a risk - we need to get the allergies under control before consider that because the tubes might not work because her allergies are still not controlled.
