Ad blocker apps

We are a no porn relationship. Between addiction and infidelity it’s our choice to help our marriage. That being said, my husband has 2 ad blocker apps on his phone. He says it’s for when he’s using the internet at work (military) but something about it makes me think it’s because of the pop-ups on porn sites. Should I be worried? I’ve never installed an ad blocker to my phone or computer so I don’t even know what they do.
