Stress after FET

I’ve been on edge after FET. I’m so anxious and nervous all the time that I think I’m lowering my chances of implantation success?
It’s a nerve wracking process but I have been more stressed than usual. I’m trying not to be and taking deep breaths and each moment as it comes..I’m 4dp5dt today.
Can this lower my chances of success?
