Wanting to lose my virginity

I’m a junior in college, and I’m a virgin. I wouldn’t say I’m an inexperienced virgin, but I haven’t had penetrated sex. I want to lose my virginity this year, but I don’t know with who or anything. I have a friend who would definitely want to have sex with me. We’ve done stuff before. But more than anything I’m nervous. And maybe not confident? I don’t know what to expect and I don’t want to regret anything. I’ve been waiting for “the one.” A part of me doesn’t want to wait anymore. Any advice whatsoever about anything is much appreciated!
