How often to eat?

My baby is 4 months old in 10 days, wow that’s hard to believe. How often should she be eating? Sometimes she wants to latch on ever hour and a half, other times up to 3 hours. HELP!!!!

If breastfeeding, feed on demand.
There is no "should" and "have to" baby goes trough phases, sometimes more often, sometimes less. But make sure baby eats at least every 4 hours if baby doesn't ask sooner.

My baby would just feed whenever he wanted! At that age he also snacked a ton on me too so there was that. Just keep feeding on demand like you do, you are an amazing mama, they grow up so fast, mine is almost 8 months now its unbelievable. Still feeds on demand but my little man has been eating EVERY single food we’ve offered him lol he eats SO much too I am in shock.

Sounds like cluster feeding which is normal around 4 months. Feed baby as often as she needs.

My 4 month old is nursing 5-6 times per day. Morning, after each nap (3-4), and bedtime.

My daughter is almost 4 months old and feedings are around 5-6 a day. Sometimes she goes every 3 hours, other times its every hour lol To try to set some kind of routine, I always offer nursing after a nap
