Pregnancy worries
I have cramping on my left side of my abdomen after confirmed pregnancy and also in my uterus on the right side I know it’s in my uterus because it’s in the middle (not too far on the right) is this gas? I don’t have my ultrasound until next week and I’m worried about heterotopic pregnancy. Please give me advice. And any obgyns who see this please help. I conceived naturally on first month trying.
