Ladies, I’m dealing with a Heavy situation.. please help me.

My aunt who basically raised me is sick She is in the hospital on a ventilator. She has a series of health problems that I can’t even begin to list but on Sunday morning my mom went to her house and found her and said she looked as if she had left the earth however she was snoring breathing and warm to the touch, there are other symptoms but I would rather not say that here I don’t want to make anybody more emotional than we already are. This situation is not looking good. I am 36+6 and I’ve never made it to 38 weeks before and I want to travel to be with my family. It’s 3.5 hours from my house. We live in 2 different states and of course my insurance won’t cover anything if I’m there and blah blah but I think this is the end for my aunt but baby isn’t showing signs of readiness anymore… or so it seems.. I really want to touch her hand and tell her I love her. I’m just feeling stuck and afraid and I have to have a c-section as this will be my 3rd child and the first 2 were c section so I medically can’t just give birth in the car and drive to the nearest hospital. What can I do.. I don’t want to put my baby or my life in danger but the love I have for her has my heart yearning to be there.
