I’m not pregnant, by starting this off..

I’m in bed laying down and all of a sudden felt some bad achiness in my lower abdomen, I thought I had a full bladder (ever since I had my daughter and catheter after c section, I sometimes won’t know to pee until my bladder is FULL)

Anyways, I got up to go pee felt super achy actually, I sat on the toilet & felt a lot of achiness within my uterus. After peeing, (which wasn’t even ALOT) I walked around and sat on the stool and realized my uterus or cervix was getting pain up in it when sitting down. Walking sitting standing. It all aches I’d say out of 5, a 3-3.5 . All in my upper groin, not my pelvic bone or pelvic but I’d say The actual UTERUS. Running up to my cervix I guess. Above my c section scar. And everything to the top of the uterus. And I’m also having very mild and slight lower back cramps. But mainly it’s all in my uterus area inside that hurts 😩 debating on going to the hospital because it was so sudden and still hurts
