Covid during pregnancy

Hey everyone so I'm 11 weeks and tested positive for covid. I vaccinated twice after having covid once so this is the second time. So far it seems to be short lived as I'm on day 2 and already feeling like it's passing on. My husband and son were both sick one after the other and they also experienced just a two day thing which made me think it was a regular cold. I wonder if anyone else has had a mild case of covid during pregnancy and experienced any complications or birth defects after birth
