I'm so confused

Okay so I'm confused and I can't tell if I'm overthinking things so I need some opinions.

I met this guy on tinder and we instantly hit it off. We went on several dates and we texted all day everyday for about a month straight. He keeps telling me that he really likes me, that I'd get along really well with his friends and family. Then he introduced me to his brother and his brothers in-laws and I got along really well with all of them. We had sex the other night and it was great and he was very lovey and cuddly afterwards. Then we didn't see each other for a week because he was off his ADHD meds and having problems at work, he even sent me play by play snapchats so I knew he was telling the truth and he apologized for being so busy. Then about 3 days ago he texted me and asked me to hangout and then just stopped responding. He didn't open my response or any of the other messages I sent him. I can't tell if I should be worried about him or if he's just ghosting me. I feel like he put in waaaay too much work for me to just be a one night stand but I don't know.
