Breast pumping

Hey so I’m breast pumping and I make i think 6oz on my right and 3 on my left and I’m trying to build up some milk supply from left but is this a good amount to make at 8 weeks? Also how many times shows I be pumping? Like hours apart cauee I usually wait till after he eats or I wait a bit of hours. Also he didn’t poop for two days and just now getting little tiny patches but not like before is that ok? He is still drinking all of his milk and stuff but before he pooped all the time and now it’s passed two days and today he pooped only little patches of color
