Grocery spending?

What is everyone spending on groceries? It’s just my husband, myself, and our 8 month old who is on formula. Plus two dogs. I try to budget, but I also seem to spend way more. It’s not even on fun things, just normal off brand groceries. I’m curious what everyone else is spending and where? Are the meal kits worth it? I have to figure out how to make this cheaper.

2 adults 2 kids we spend at least 250 a week. I make everything too from scratch. Organic meat and mostly organic fruit and vegetables. Husband and I eat no grain. Prices are crazy and some weeks can definitely be more and we don't eat out.

Every two weeks we spend about $300 on a big grocery trip but we still go to the store in between so I’d say around 800 a month for me, my husband, 6 year old and 1 year old.

We do the EveryPlate meal kits and they’re about $60/week for 4 meals with 2 servings each. We then spend about $150-200 a week on other groceries. It’s me, my husband, and our 2.5 yr old. We really don’t buy any fun stuff either and it’s gotten insane. I like the meal kits because we actually cook the food and don’t waste by eating out. It takes a lot of thought out of meals. We don’t have to think of what to make, ingredients, how to make it. My husband doesn’t really know how to cook meals but he can cook those meals so we take turns and it’s easier on us. They probably are a little more expensive than buying everything ourselves, but it’s cheaper than eating out (which we’d do if we didn’t get these).

125$ a week for me and husband.  I meal prep my husband dinners for work and he likes to eat same thing every day for the most part. I also buy spices and other toiletries in bulk from sams so we save that way too. I also shop at various grocery stores and load up when things are on sale. Ive always been a smart shopper but definitely noticed the inflation being unavoidable unless u want to keep things very simple like beans and rice. Eggs for example got up to 3$ for a reg 12 pck of plain ol eggs. Use to buy a case of 60 for 6$ now its 14$. So i forgo that. Lol.
