Being anti social has made me become so mean 😖 
I honestly don't have sincere nice things to say to people
I blank out when I am supposed to be supportive or say something to make someone else feel better

I think you should go deeper and understand why you are feeling this way. How long have you felt this way? Did something changed in you life? Ask yourself where the problem is and then try to fix it. It's a good thing though that you recognize your behaviour.
