I took letrozole this past cycle and found out I was pregnant via blood test at 10dpo. Unfortunately yesterday my levels dropped down to a 7 so they said I’m miscarrying. they said since I’m right under 5 weeks I can start letrozole again on day3 of this cycle but I still haven’t started bleeding. Anyone that had a chemical/early miscarriage when did you start to bleed. I’m cramping bad and having bad back pains but no blood. AF if I wasn’t pregnant was due the 17th. They said I’ll bleed naturally like a period since it’s an early loss but how much longer should I go before calling the doc back and saying I haven’t started yet?
