It’s this normal in a miscarriage

So I’m 5 weeks and 4 days today just got out of the hospital a few hours ago where they told me they couldn’t see anything and don’t know what’s wrong, I went in for bleeding that just kept picking up when I got home I went to go use the restroom and in my pad was a huge like idk it looks like tissue to me so I’m thinking the placenta but I’m freaking out because I don’t know if this is normal for a miscarriage at 5 weeks and 3 days is when the bleeding started. Since then the cramping is gone and also the bleeding has really slowed down so much I’m second guessing myself. I’m attaching a picture in hopes someone can tell me if this is normal, I am going to my doctors in a few hours for my blood draw since I’m getting it done every 48 hours because I’m high risk from a previous ectopic and going to see if I can speak to the doctor
