Hemmeroid help :(
Any tips for dealing with it? Doesn’t hurt but feel a lot of pressure and haven’t been able to use the bathroom in 2-3 days. Taking fiber pills and drinking water and avoiding sitting on hard surfaces. I’ve also read to avoid coffee but that usually makes me go to the bathroom so I drank coffee today and yesterday with no luck :( What worked for you?
