chlamydia and pregnant

I came out positive for chlamydia and I’m 8 weeks pregnant. This is my first pregnancy I just hope everything will be okay. Any advice or anyone go through this. The father and I been on and off I know for a fact I haven’t been sleeping around I told him to get checked he said he was. I’m just so worried about my baby. Please help.
