Upset over partner looking at stories close up bikini pics?

Help me girls, would it bother you? Seeing your partner looking at a story of a girl on fb (without clicking but bringing the phone closer to his face) in her bikini (close up so it’s just boobs and waist) am I overreacting or is it a bit shit? Like I haaate every inch of me at the moment, barely time to shower daily never mind the gym. which he knows about since baby #2 (pregnancy #7) and it’s the fact I saw it, said ooo that’s nice and he then gets defensive. Is it just me that avoids looking at photos of other men? I just don’t know but what a feeling after the past few months lol
