Am i having back labor?

Question

So guys I’m 38 weeks & 1 day and my back has been killing me all day yesterday and gotten worse today. My back hurts when i breathe, lay down, walk etc it’s a constant pain now and it’s getting a bit unbearable. I’m not having contractions baby girl is moving it’s just my back that is causing all the issues. 
I never experienced this before and this is my 4th can someone help me out on what it could be or what I should do

How is bub laying? I get terrible back pain after walking around the shops or being on my feet for some time (I’m 38+3 today) and a lot of the time I need to move my bowels 😂😭🥹 then I’m fine hahaha

I’ve gone to the hospital for unbearable back pain and they told me I was dehydrated but I’ve been drinking nothing but water. I had to drink more water and lay down on my left side. They eventually gave me a turbo shot and sent me home. I would say go to the ob triage just to be sure

Maybe. Or you need more water. Or it's a kidney infection/kidney stone. Definitely go get checked if you haven't yet.

Definitely get checked but I had all back labor this time around and it’s unbearable. But it came in waves for me just like contractions would only strictly in my back. When I got to the hospital I was 7cm

I have had terrible back pain with my first who turned out to be back to back. This one I also get back pain and have been told he is also back to back. Is yours back to back?

My mom has back labor with all of her children, I wouldn’t be surprised
