Ovulation??

Hello! I do have a question!

Right now I’ve been feeling pretty tight near the abdomen where my cramps usually happen and my stomach has also been “looking” bloated today. My period apps claim that I’m getting near my ovulation and to be fair, I’ve never actually tried to notice when it happens until now, so I’m very confused if it is ovulation or not.

I have mild PCOS which makes it extremely harder to determine when I do actually ovulate. But I’ve been kinda nervous since I’m new to everything. I’ve been taking birth control since I found out I had PCOS but a couple months ago, I’ve been taking my pills not exactly on time (3ish hours after said time). But recently I’ve been taking them on the exact time again. Could I be just experiencing normal ovulation/hormones?
