Is anal perverted?

My mom says anal sex is perverted ? But I’m like how? I’m questioning what she thinks people are supposed to do while having sex? She’s like God made sex and I’m like yeah I’m pretty sure it’s not supposed to be innocent or boring I should say. She is stuck in her way that a man sticking his penis in the butt is perverted ? 
So do any other Christian women or person agree?
Just to be clear I’m not into butt stuff but she just randomly brought it up when talking about how hiv spreads.
@anansi: she’s very homophobic and think it’s only spread when it’s two of the same sex. Literally tried educating her that it is vaginal, oral and anal. She literally said “you can’t get hiv from the mouth.” Like what??? She’s in her forties and is this uneducated about sexual health. I’m glad I didn’t get sex health information from her cause dear god would she have misinformed me on a lot. 😵‍💫

The fact that religion is playing a part in this is beyond sickening. Like how is sex in any position perverted? 
Unclean? So is a vagina and mouth and penis. So is oral perverted too?
I mean no matter how you slice it sex is different to many people. But to throw religion as a basis on why it may or may not be perverted is truly disgusting. In the Bible nowhere does it tell you the type of sex you should have. 
It doesn’t say anything about swallowing bodily fluids, oral sex, anal sex, toys, BDSM. Literally nothing.
So leave god and jesus out of your bedroom and if it isn’t for you then don’t do it.

No, it is not perverted.  It is completely human and completely natural.  
The church has used these dehumanizing terms (like perverted) to shame people and as a method of control.  
These terms perpetuate false hierarchies were some people are seen as, or believed to be more “pure” or “better than” others (complete bs) that serves to create hate, oppression and violence.

In a modern or medical explanation, we use scientific reasons. its dirty, its where human feces comes out & full of bacteria and thats why you shouldnt do it.

I mean a lot of old fashion Christians think it's unclean, they associate it with homosexuality which they believe is a sin, there was that whole movement in which gay men aren't allowed to donate blood because of HIV/AIDS so there's the stigma associated with anal sex because of that. And idk if it's relevant but a lot of the Christians I know think diseases, or infections and whatnot are divine punishment for "making a perversion" of gods natural design (vanilla, missionary, baby-making sex between a husband and wife) and "twisting it" to "satisfy their sinful nature".
I don't think it's perverted, and I think people are way too invested in other people's sex lives if they're judging or condemning how others get intimate. It's nobodies business. If you wanna do anal, and your partner is down, have fun and be safe. If you wanna keep to missionary or doggy style or whatever floats your boat, have fun and be safe. It's about you and your partner and what makes you two feel good, you don't need the permission or approval of others to enjoy whatever satisfies you sexually.

To you last point HIV is not just spread by anal. If that is what she is worried about well I have news for her. Her view on it is tied to homophobia at its root. 
She is holding onto an old stereotype of her time that is highly homophobic as hell. Christian or not, catholic or not let’s all grow up and get educated because really this is small minded thinking. Idc how old you are there’s no reason for this.

As a Christian woman who studies the Bible…. I do not believe it is perverted.  I believe (based on my studies if the Bible) that God created husband and wife in a way that sex is enjoyable and pleasurable. We are supposed to pleasure and satisfy each other.

Personally, my husband and I do not have anal sex because neither of us want to. We have plenty of fun other ways. But I see no moral issue with it and would be open to it if that’s what he wanted.
