38 weeks 3 days Pregnant
This is my first pregnancy, I’m approaching 39 weeks and since last night have been having almost cramping/stabbing pains in my lower belly and horrible lower back pain. I have my 38 week appt tomorrow morning and I’m hoping I’m a little dilated. Are these pains in mg lower stomach something to be concerned about ? Or just my body preparing for baby even more? It’s almost like period cramps, it’s in that area but feels more like I’m being stabbed 😅
