My bf doesn’t like kissing??

He is my long term bf other than when we first met years ago long he hasn’t made out with me since I don’t know why I try to initiate it but he just doesn’t do it maybe for 2 seconds and then he’ll stop

For me making out means a lot and it really turns me on and I feel a big connection when kissing

I don’t know why he only gives me pecks it makes me feel a bit upset and slightly worried and confused

I have spoken to him about it he says he will do it more but never follows through
