I had an ultrasound 2 weeks ago. The fetus came in at 6wks 3days. I should have been 8wks 4days. Last week I had a second ultrasound to make sure there was progress. The fetus came in at 6wks 1day suppose to be 9wks 3days. There was no bleeding. Today I started bleeding at 10wks. I'm broken. I have to go to the store to buy pads and wait for nature to do its thing.

This was my 1st pregnancy, I'm 37 and we finally got the fertility window right. Here Today and gone tomorrow. I was hoping things were different, that just maybe this baby would make it into the world. But it's over.

I don't know if I'll ever be a mom, but I'm going to try to make peace with this. I already knew when the 1st ultrasound showed 2wks behind. The gut wrenching feeling that came over is something I don't wish on anyone. I never saw myself here. I can question God and be upset and cry my eyes out, but God knows I wanted this child. I may never understand. If you've had a miscarriage before I'm sorry. If you're trying to conceive and it hasn't happened yet, there's hope.
