Mastitis??

Can you have mastitis but the sore and swollen boob part go away?? I’m just not sure if I’m coming down with something but I had a sore and swollen/clogged boob a couple of days ago and within hours my body ached and I started not feeling good at all. But now my boob is unclogged and it feels totally fine but I still have body aches and a slight fever of 101 that came last night but hasn’t happened again! Does this sound like mastitis? Would my boob stop hurting if I had it or would it be getting worse??
