Swelling in one ankle?

I'm 33 weeks pregnant and idk if this is normal, my ankle on my left side is swollen on the inside just underneath my ankle I just noticed at work, I've never had swelling so far anywhere but it's only the one ankle I'm not sure if that's normal should I be calling my midwife?

Update - I called them and went to be seen, they don't seem concerned at the moment but told me to call them back if anything changes at all so here's hoping it's nothing abnirmal
