Transition from co-sleeping to bassinet/crib

Has anyone lately transitioned their little one from sleeping with you to independent sleeping in bassinet/crib? I’m ready to start having him sleep on his own but struggling with the transition…I’m going back to work in few short weeks and I know I’m going to be exhausted if we continue to co-sleep. He is on my boob all night long. I know I need to break that feed-sleep association but it’s not going to well. I’m getting frustrated and don’t know where to start.
