Stressed about my vagina. Please help.

Ladies I’m a 37 years old mom of 3. I have natural vaginal births with all my children. The largest was 8 pounds the smallest 6 pounds. I’m now divorced and I have been very hesitate to date because I’m fearful that my vagina has changed since birthing 3 babies and I don’t want a man to think my vagina is loose or not good. I had sex with my ex husband countless times and I could tell there was a slight difference. His penis seemed smaller (because my vagina changed) but it was still good and he still couldn’t last long having sex with me. I’ve made him cum quickly for countless years. Should I be worried?
