I pulled out my IUD with my cup
So yesterday I pulled out my iud as I tryed to take out my cup. Im going to get a new IUD put in and Im looking for advise to an alternative to the classic diva cup, that may be better for use with an IUD.
Btw I do not like pads or the feeling of just bleeding out on myself, so period underwear is out of question.
Any suggestions?
