Advice please

My son is 17 months. He always had problems with his stomach. Reflex, gas, spitting up, constipation. As he’s older, it gotten much better. He does occasionally have problems with constipation. Lately he has trouble with it but not as bad. Every now and than when he pushes really hard from pooping or his poop is really hard he will have a little bit of blood in his stool but it’s not a lot. It doesn’t happen often. He sees a Gastro every few months. His next appt is august.

Doe anyone have any advice? Should I be really concerned?
