Anyone else going through the same?

I had a miscarriage last month at 5 weeks and the month before that i think I had a chemical. I got a positive test a couple days before my missed period and HCG was 14 then got my period a couple days later. In 2019 I also had a miscarriage at 5 weeks. I do have a 12 year old son so I know I can conceive but I am now 35 almost 36. Wondering do I have any hope of conceiving naturally? I wasn’t trying in 2019 it just happened. I was trying these last two months. My doc told me to wait one cycle before trying again so that’s what I am going to do. Anyone else go through this?
