Haematoma after c section

had a c section two weeks ago. My wound has apparently healed well and looks okay. However I noticed I had a tennis ball sized lump on the sides of my stomach, one on each side and one in the middle. It scared the life out of me so I went to the doctor and he said it’s a haematoma under the skin caused my trauma I’m assuming from the surgery. He said it sounds like they are infected so given me antibiotics to take for a week. He said they may resolve on their own and are not usually a serious complication of c sections. But they are so sore and they are literally freaking me out. He said worse case scenario they will burst and the fluid inside will try to find its way out and my incision may open up again and ooze. I’m absolutely terrified and all sorts of things are going through my mind.
