Could this be an infection? Can someone let me know when I can test for STD after initial exposure?

We can't tell by a picture. If you're sexually active and you haven't been to a gynecologist and been tested recently you should go no matter what. If you even slightly think there is a possibility you have an STI always go get checked.

If it doesn’t smell, itch or burn  it’s normal discharge. 
Most tests can detect the infection within 5 days to 2 weeks of exposure.
