Is this another game ?

My ex and I broke up recently. We used to live together and both have plans to move out. He goes back and forth so much. For about a week, he stayed the night with us (me and our baby) every single night. A few days ago, I posted a screenshot of music by a guy friend had texted and there was a notification. Ever since then, he has been acting different. That same night, he came back just to use the shower and then left. He put on a fancy shirt after too. I asked what he was doing for the night, but he wouldn’t tell me much. My mom said he was probably trying to make me jealous on purpose. That was probably 2 days ago. Then I added a girl who I guess he was talking to and he’s been super pissed about it. So tonight, he claims to came by for his fan and showered with me and fucked me. But then after he asked me not to add his friends and when I asked if he was trying to get with her he said “not right now, she’s just a friend” and was like “you have friends like that in your phone too”. Then left. After, he blocked me off Facebook and even an old account I had but then left my family added. I asked him about it (not about my family being added tho) and he said I didn’t need to be on there. My ex does have a history of playing games and everyone tells me that this is a game too. I know I need to just leave and leave him alone. But it’s so hard to let go, especially when there’s a trauma bond and the other person plays on it
