Miscarriage now pregnant

I had a miscarriage May 27th I was 8 weeks pregnant but baby stopped growing at 6 weeks. Took meds at home on May 28th to pass it, that didn't work. I took more pills on May 29th. Still did not work. Had a D&C on June 2nd. Yesterday when I went pee I wiped and there was pink blood I assumed it was my period. Later when I went back to pee there was nothing. Thought it was weird this morning I took a test and got a BFP. Excited and nervous. Messaged the Dr office they wanted to do a lab draw and my Hcg was 120 and my Progesterone was 20.4. are these good numbers not sure when to even calculate when my "period" was or when I ovulated. I do go back on Tues to get another lab draw. Has anyone been through this? I am scared to lose another baby! Thanks scared momma hoping for her 🌈 baby.
