Why is this happening? Please help tmi

I need advice bc I will be booking an apt w/ my obgyn tomrow. Since the day before yesterday my vagina started itching, like a lot. Inside and on the lips. Its really really uncomfortable, almost to the point it becomes painful, and even peeing feels good? . (TMI) Today my husband and I were intimate and it hurt me really bad, and I had some weird yellowy discharge right after, like creamy. I have been bathing more but I already bathe a lot as is. Im worried. What could be going on? Just recently I waxed my whole bikini area down there with a new lady that I never waxed with before, I am worried she gave me an infection of some sort??? I also breastfeed my 8 month old, am I gonna have to take antibiotics???? If so I can still breastfeed??? Ugh I am so worried….😞
