Pumping after nursing
How much should I get after nursing? I nursed 1.5 hours ago and pumped and only for 1 ounce. Is that normal or am I not producing enough? I’m pumping also to freeze for daycare. TIA. Any tips and tricks to increase supply? I drink water, eat plenty, and nurse on demand.
