Squirting vs Pee

I honestly have never orgasmed while having sex with my boyfriend and I can’t really masturbate because I don’t have privacy here. But there were times while having sex with him that I felt the urge to pee and I’d stop us in the middle of what we were doing just to run to the bathroom and let it out. But I’ve also read from elsewhere that it’s the feeling of squirting and it’s not pee? I’m so lost please help :( what should I do the next time it happens and is it pee or is it actually an orgasm?
